I usually saute a little chopped onion and garlic in a cast iron skillet, add a good canned tomato sauce (like San Marzano) then add red pepper, basil or oregano, and a little red wine. Once it's bubbling, I turn of the heat, top it with the raw shrimp and feta and stick it in the oven.
