I'm all over the internet today!

I just found out that a 3 ingredient recipe I tweeted to Real Simple Magazine was selected for an online slide show! Everyone should try it- it's Slide #8: Shrimp Appetizer.


  1. Thanks! It really is. It definitely pays to doctor up your own spaghetti sauce for this (but that didn't fit into the tweet.) I usually saute a little chopped onion and garlic in a cast iron skillet, add a good canned tomato sauce (like San Marzano) then add red pepper, basil or oregano, and a little red wine. Once it's bubbling, I turn of the heat, top it with the raw shrimp and feta and stick it in the oven. It's amazing with crusty bread!
